
Ewen Fields has been the home of Hyde FC for over 100 years and also currently hosts Manchester City EDS fixtures.
The stadium holds up to 4,073 spectators – 530 seated – in 5 covered stands, all of which are covered and raised, offering excellent views of the pitch.

- A rugby league Super League fixture between Oldham Bears and Sheffield Eagles was held at Ewen Fields in 1997.
- World Cup, UEFA Champions League, Premier League and La Liga winner Gerard Piqué is one of the most decorated players to have played at Ewen Fields, where he regularly represented Manchester United reserves.
- Craig Bellamy, Wayne Bridge, Michael Carrick, Robbie Fowler, Shay Given, Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Robbie Keane, Harry Kewell, Steve McManaman, Gary Neville, Paul Robinson, Chris Waddle and Shaun Wright-Phillips are among the dozens of other big name players to have played at Ewen Fields.
- Comedian John Bishop may nowadays be more used to performing at the MEN Arena and the o2, but he regularly played at Ewen Fields in the late 1980s – as a footballer. John made 41 appearances in a Hyde shirt between 1988 and 1990, playing in central midfield.
